(Bail and Personal Bond)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 37 of the Vulnerable Adults Act 2018, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Vulnerable Adults (Bail and Personal Bond) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Miscellaneous amendment

2. The Vulnerable Adults (Bail and Personal Bond) Regulations 2018 (G.N. No. S 831/2018) are amended by deleting the word “Director” wherever it appears in the following provisions and substituting in each case the word “Director‑General”:

Regulations 3(1) and (2), 4(1) and (3), 5(1), (3), (4) and (5), 6(a), (b) and (c) and 7.
