Responsibility of Minister Mentor, Prime Minister’s Office

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Lee Kuan Yew shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility to act as mentor to Ministers, and to advise them on any of the subjects under their charge and that he shall be designated as Minister Mentor, Prime Minister’s Office.

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister Mentor, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2004.
