National Registry of Diseases Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the National Registry of Diseases Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the National Registry of Diseases Act (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2009.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the National Registry of Diseases Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following items:

“2. Single Kidney - Post Nephrectomy (Donor).

3. Liver - Post Hepatic Resection (Donor).”.
