(Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016, the Minister for Manpower makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification is the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2016.

2. Section 3(c) and (d) of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2016 comes into operation on 1 November 2016.
