Women’s Charter
(Offences against Women and Girls)
(Amendment) Rules 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 180(1) of the Women’s Charter, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules are the Women’s Charter (Offences against Women and Girls) (Amendment) Rules 2020 and come into operation on 1 July 2020.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Women’s Charter (Offences against Women and Girls) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the word “Director” and substituting the word “Director‑General”;
(b)	by deleting “19” and substituting “20”; and
(c)	by deleting the word “Director” and substituting the word “Director‑General”.
