Housing and Development Act
(Chapter 129)
Assignment of Function to Housing and Development Board
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development hereby assigns to the Housing and Development Board the function of selling sand to persons engaged in the construction industry, or to such other person as the Board considers appropriate.
2.  This assignment shall be deemed to have been made on 1st February 2007.
