(Amendment) Regulations 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(2) of the Presidential Elections Act 1991, the Prime Minister makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Presidential Elections (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into operation on 22 January 2025.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. In the Presidential Elections (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 503/2005), in regulation 2(a), delete “42M(2),”.
