Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(1), (2) and (4) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) (Amendment No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 12th December 1997.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item 4 of the Schedule to the Public Service (Special and Senior Personnel Boards) Order (O 2) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the name “Mr Er Kwong Wah” in the third column and substituting the name “Dr Tan Chin Nam”; and
(b)	by deleting the name “BG (NS) Tan Chin Tiong” in the third column.
