Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics
(Exemption) (Amendment No. 3)
Regulations 2012
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 21 and 22(1) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2012 and shall come into operation on 30th October 2012.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  The First Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 110/2011) is amended by deleting item 6 and substituting the following item:
“
6.KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital
Regulation 55(2)(b) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Regulations
(a)1st April 2007
Requirements specified in items 1, 2 and 3 of the Second Schedule
 
 
(b)11th March 2012
Requirements specified in items 4 and 5 of the Second Schedule
 
 
(c)24th September 2012
Requirements specified in item 6 of the Second Schedule
”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
3.  The Second Schedule to the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics (Exemption) Regulations 2011 is amended by deleting the full-stop at the end of item 5, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following item:
“
6.Feingold syndrome 2
Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children — Molecular Diagnostic Laboratory.
”.
