Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2004
Responsibility of Minister, Prime Minister’s Office
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Lim Boon Heng shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility for the following matters:
(a)to advise the Prime Minister on matters relating to maintenance of industrial peace, productivity of Singapore’s workforce, and the well-being and welfare of workers; and
(b)to discharge such other duties as may be assigned by the Prime Minister,
and that he shall be designated as Minister, Prime Minister’s Office.
Citation
2.  This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) Notification 2004.
Cancellation
3.  The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister, Prime Minister’s Office) (No. 2) Notification 2001 (G. N. No. S 633/2001) is cancelled.
