(Amendment No. 4) Notification 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 30 of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) (Amendment No. 4) Notification 2023 and comes into operation on 1 August 2023.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. In the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Ministerial Responsibility) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 723/2020), in the Fourth Schedule, under the heading “Subjects”, in item 5 —

(a)

after paragraph (2), insert —

“(2A)

National Symbols Act 2022 and other National Symbols”; and

(b)

delete paragraph (4).
