Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (No. 2) Notification 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for National Development, with the approval of the President, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (No. 2) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 11th August 2005.

Delegation of powers

2. The Minister for National Development hereby deputes the officers set out in the first column of the Schedule to exercise the powers of the Minister set out in the second column thereof.

Cancellation

3. The following Notifications are cancelled:

(a)	the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) (Consolidation) Notification (N 11); and
(b)	the Delegation of Powers (Ministry of National Development) Notification 2005 (G.N. No. S 305/2005).
