Responsibility of Minister for Finance

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has retained in his charge, with effect from 12th August 2004, the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall also be designated as the Minister for Finance.

Responsibility of Second Minister for Finance

2. It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Mr Raymond Lim Siang Keat, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who is charged with the responsibility of the Second Minister for Finance shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged, as an alternate to the Minister for Finance, with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.

Citation

3. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2004.

Cancellation

4. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Finance) Notification 2001 (G. N. No. S 623/2001) is cancelled.
