(Commencement) Notification 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(2) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 (Commencement) Notification 2024.
2.  Sections 2(a), (b) and (c), 5, 6(e), 9, 10(d) and (e), 11, 12, 14, 38, 42 and 44 of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 come into operation on 31 January 2024.
