Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 95 of the Co-operative Societies Act, the Minister for Community Development and Sports hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2000.

Amendment of rule 5

2. Rule 5(9) of the Co-operative Societies Rules (R 1) is amended by deleting “$750,000” and substituting “$900,000”.
