Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 69 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Labour hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1997.

2. Paragraph 2(18) of the Central Provident Fund (Exemptions — Miscellaneous) (Consolidation) Order is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (d); and

(b)

by deleting the comma at the end of sub-paragraph (e) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:

“(f)	the Nanyang Polytechnic,”.
