Parking Places (Surcharge) Act

Parking Places (Surcharge) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Parking Places (Surcharge) Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Surcharge) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1998.
Amendment of First Schedule
2.  Part III of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Surcharge) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 47, the following item:
“48.Victoria Street Wholesale Centre
Victoria Street/Ophir Road/Queen Street/Arab Street”.
