Dangerous Fireworks Act
(Chapter 72)
Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 5) Notification 2002.
Exemption
2.  Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Explomo Technical Services Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at —
(a)the event specified in Part I of the First Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof; and
(b)the event specified in Part I of the Second Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof.
