(Member of Singapore Medical Council —
Exemption) Order 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B of the Medical Registration Act 1997, the Minister for Health, after consultation with the Singapore Medical Council, makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Medical Registration (Member of Singapore Medical Council — Exemption) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 28 June 2024.
Exemption
2.  Section 8(b) of the Act does not apply to Professor Sung Jao Yiu, for so long as he remains the Dean of the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
