(Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate —
Cosmetic Products) (Revocation)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 74 of the Medicines Act, the Minister for Health hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate — Cosmetic Products) (Revocation) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 3rd October 2011.
Revocation and transitional provision
2.—(1)  The Medicines (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate — Cosmetic Products) Regulations (Rg 15) are revoked.
(2)  Notwithstanding paragraph (1), any Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate issued under the revoked Medicines (Good Manufacturing Practice Certificate — Cosmetic Products) Regulations shall continue to be valid until the date on which it would otherwise have expired under those Regulations.
