Animals and Birds (Importation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Importation) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1999 and shall come into operation on 10th December 1999.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Animals and Birds (Importation) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting items 1, 5 and 6.
