Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Cancellation) Order 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(13) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) (Cancellation) Order 2000.

Cancellation

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (No. 3) Order 1998 (G.N. No. S 543/98) relating to Bank Austria Creditanstalt International AG is cancelled, with effect from 6th November 2000.
