Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Property Tax) (Amendment) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 21st October 2002.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Item (1) of the Schedule to the Fees (Property Tax) Order (O 34) is amended by deleting “$3” in the second column and substituting “$2.50”.
