Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources) Notification 2004

Responsibility of Minister for the Environment and Water Resources

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Yaacob Ibrahim shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule and that he shall be re-designated with effect from 1st September 2004 as the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources) Notification 2004.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for the Environment) Notification 2001 (G. N. No. S 637/2001) is cancelled.
