Approved School and Approved Home Certificate of Appointment

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(2) of the Children and Young Persons Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports has appointed the Pertapis Centre for Women and Girls, 42 Surin Avenue, Singapore 535638, to be an approved school and an approved home, with effect from 15th September 2006.

2. Gazette Notification No. S 221/2002 of 15th May 2002 relating to Approved Home and Approved School is cancelled, with effect from 29th September 2006.
