Parking Places Act

(Chapter 214)

Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 12) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Communications hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 12) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st January 1997.

2. The following provisions of the First Schedule to the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order (O 1) under the heading Parking Places set out in the first column are amended in the manner set out in the second column thereof:

Insert, immediately after paragraph (w), the following paragraphs:

The areas off Jelapang Road and delineated in Plan 628.
