Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) Notification 2004

Responsibility of Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports

It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the Prime Minister has directed that Dr Vivian Balakrishnan, Senior Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry, shall, with effect from 12th August 2004, be charged with the responsibility for the departments and subjects set out in the Schedule.

Citation

2. This Notification may be cited as the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports) Notification 2004.

Cancellation

3. The Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Minister for Community Development and Sports) Notification 2003 (G. N. No. S 246/2003) is cancelled.
