Part I of the Schedule to the Customs (Duties) (Exemption) Order (O 5) is amended —| (a) | by deleting the word “Petrol” in paragraph (2) in column (3) of item 3 and substituting the words “Petroleum, biodiesel blends”; | | (b) | by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” in paragraph (a) in column (4) of item 5, the words “and biodiesel blends”; | | (c) | by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” in paragraph (c) in column (4) of item 9, the words “and biodiesel blends”; | | (d) | by deleting the words “petrol, high speed diesel” in paragraph (1) in column (3) of item 10 and substituting the words “petroleum, biodiesel blends”; | | (e) | by deleting the words “Petroleum spirit and products,” in paragraph (2) in column (3) of item 13 and substituting the words “Petroleum, biodiesel blends”; | | (f) | by inserting, immediately after the word “Petroleum” in columns (2) and (3) of item 16, the words “or biodiesel blend”; | | (g) | by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” in paragraphs (a) and (b) in column (4) of item 16, the words “or biodiesel blend, as the case may be,”; | | (h) | by inserting, immediately after the words “petroleum products” in paragraph (c) in column (4) of item 16, the words “or biodiesel blends, as the case may be,”; | | (i) | by inserting, immediately after the word “Petroleum” in columns (2) and (3) of item 17, the words “or biodiesel blend”; | | (j) | by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” in paragraph (a) in column (4) of item 17, the words “or biodiesel blend, as the case may be,”; | | (k) | by inserting, immediately after the words “petroleum products” in paragraph (c) in column (4) of item 17, the words “or biodiesel blends, as the case may be,”; | | (l) | by deleting item 21; | | (m) | by inserting, immediately after the word “Petroleum” in column (3) of item 25, the words “, biodiesel blends”; and | | (n) | by inserting, immediately after the word “petroleum” wherever it appears in paragraphs (a) and (b) in column (4) of item 25, the words “, biodiesel blend”. |
