In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1(3) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023, the Minister for Social and Family Development makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Notification 2024.
2.  Section 37(a), (b), (e), (f) and (g) of the Family Justice Reform Act 2023 comes into operation on 31 January 2024.
