(Chapter 70)
Customs (Fuel Tank — prescribed Place) Regulations 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 136A(2)(a) and 143(1)(zb) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Fuel Tank — Prescribed Place) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 1998.
Prescribed place
2.  The Customs gantry before the departure bay of the Immigration Checkpoint at Tuas shall be a prescribed place for the purposes of section 136A(2)(a) of the Act.
Made this 22nd day of December 1997.
