Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2005, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act (Commencement) Notification 2005.
2.  The Central Provident Fund (Amendment) Act 2005 shall, with the exception of sections 3 to 13 and 17, come into operation on 22nd August 2005.
