Developmental Investment Fund Act

Order under Section 6 (1)

It is hereby notified for general information that, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(1) of the Developmental Investment Fund Act, the Minister for Finance has directed —

(a)	that an account within the Developmental Investment Fund, called the MOH Holdings Account, be established as of August 2002, comprising the moneys under the Fund allocated in support of the provision of health care services; and
(b)	that the MOH Holdings Account be placed under the control, supervision and management of the Minister for Health.
