Customs (Amendment) Regulations 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 143(1) of the Customs Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Customs (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 1998.

Amendment of regulation 13A

2. Regulation 13A(2) of the Customs Regulations (Rg 2) is amended —

(a)	by inserting, immediately after the word “Woodlands” in the fifth line of sub-paragraph (a), the words “or Tuas”; and
(b)	by inserting, immediately after the word “Woodlands” in the fifth line of sub-paragraph (b)(iv), the words “or Tuas”.
