Central Provident Fund (Medishield Scheme) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 57 of the Central Provident Fund Act, the Minister for Manpower hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Central Provident Fund (MediShield Scheme) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st December 2001.

Amendment of regulation 3

2. Regulation 3(2) of the Central Provident Fund (MediShield Scheme) Regulations (Rg 20) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the words “policy period” in the 3rd and in the last lines and substituting in each case the words “policy year”; and
(b)	by deleting the words “75 years” in the last line and substituting the words “80 years”. [G.N. Nos. S 200/98; S 268/98; S 407/99; S 494/99; S 72/2001; S 556/2001; S 11/2002; S 317/2002]
