(Commencement) Notification 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 (Commencement) Notification 2018.
2.  Division 1 of Part 1, Division 1 of Part 4 and sections 87(1), 88(1), 89(1), (2) and (3), 90(1), (2) and (3) and 91 of the Intellectual Property (Border Enforcement) Act 2018 come into operation on 10 October 2018.
