Enlistment (Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2023
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Enlistment Act 1970, the Minister for Defence makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Enlistment (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into operation on 1 September 2023.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Enlistment (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 4), in regulation 2(a)(ii), after “6”, insert “, 9, 10(1) or (2)”.
