| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Central Provident Fund (Lifelong Income Scheme) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024. |
| Amendment of regulation 10 |
| 2. In the Central Provident Fund (Lifelong Income Scheme) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 393/2009), in regulation 10(1), replace “on the death of a relevant member, the Board must refund” with “the refund payable on account of the death of a relevant member is”. |
| Amendment of Schedule |
| 3. In the Central Provident Fund (Lifelong Income Scheme) Regulations 2009, in the Schedule, in the table, in the third column, in the column heading, after “on”, insert “account of”. |
