Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 1997
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) (Amendment) Notification 1997 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 1998.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Immigration (Authorised Places of Entry and Departure) Notification (N 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting the word “and” at the end of sub-paragraph (m); and
(b)by deleting the full-stop at the end of sub-paragraph (n) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
“(o)Tuas Checkpoint, 501, Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim, Singapore 639937.”.
