Infectious Diseases Act
(Chapter 137)
Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) (Amendment) Regulations 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2010.
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
2.  The Sixth Schedule to the Infectious Diseases (Quarantine) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 6.
