Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Dangerous Fireworks Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation

1. This Notification may be cited as the Dangerous Fireworks (Exemption) (No. 6) Notification 2002.

Exemption

2. Section 3 of the Act shall not apply in respect of dangerous fireworks used in a fireworks display executed by Intermay Consultech Pte Ltd (referred to in this Notification as the exempted person) for or on behalf of any person at the event specified in Part I of the Schedule in accordance with the conditions specified in Part II thereof.
