Cattle Act
(Chapter 34)
Cattle (Unrestricted Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Cattle Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Cattle (Unrestricted Areas) (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 11th November 2009.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Cattle (Unrestricted Areas) Notification (N 1) (referred to in this Notification as the principal Notification) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word “swine”, the words “(not being swine kept for research or scientific purposes in accordance with the provisions of the Act)”.
Amendment of First Schedule
3.  The First Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following item:
“7.  Mukim 7 comprising Lot 02719X, and delineated in Plan 7 set out in the Second Schedule.”.
Amendment of Second Schedule
4.  The Second Schedule to the principal Notification is amended by inserting, immediately after Plan 6, the following Plan:
Plan 7
The Plan shows the premises on Lot 02719X MK7, 15 Tech Park Crescent.
