Broadcasting Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65 of the Broadcasting Act, RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Broadcasting Act (Amendment of Third Schedule) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2010.

Deletion and substitution of Third Schedule to Act

2. The Third Schedule to the Broadcasting Act is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:

“THIRD SCHEDULE

Section 31(6)

Relevant Licensable Broadcasting Service

1. Subscription nationwide television service

(a) StarHub Cable Vision Ltd.
