Variation of Responsibility of Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security

It is notified for general information that the Prime Minister has, under Article 30(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, varied with effect from 1 May 2017, the Schedule to the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security) Notification 2015 (G.N. No. S 654/2015) —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after item 6 under the heading “DEPARTMENTS AND STATUTORY BODIES”, the following item:

“6A.	Smart Nation and Digital Government Office”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 3 under the heading “SUBJECTS”, the following items:

“4.	Digital Government

5.	Public Sector Data Governance”.

2. This Notification is the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore (Responsibility of the Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for National Security) (Amendment) Notification 2017.
