Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.5) Order 1999

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13(9) of the Income Tax Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) (Amendment No.5) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 1999.

Amendment of Consolidation Order

2. The Income Tax (Approved Banks) (Consolidation) Order (O 32) is amended by deleting the words "Südwestdeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale" in item (156) and substituting the words "Landesbank Baden-Württemberg".
