(Amendment) Notification 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27(1), (7) and (8) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2021 and comes into operation on 2 February 2021.

Amendment of Schedule

2. Paragraph 9(1) of the Schedule to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Scale of Dues, Rates and General Fees) Notification (N 2) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (iv) of sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:

“(iv)

a garbage collection craft used as an anti‑oil pollution craft, inclusive of bunkers and minimum manning
