Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 36) Notification 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24 of the Common Gaming Houses Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Common Gaming Houses (Exemption) (No. 36) Notification 2010.
Exemption
2.—(1)  The Minister hereby exempts Nee Soon South Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee from the provisions of the Act in respect of the “Nee Soon South Community Club Active Ageing Mind Games (Mahjong) Challenge 2010” to be held on 7th November 2010.
(2)  The exemption is subject to compliance by Nee Soon South Community Club Senior Citizens’ Executive Committee with the conditions stated in the letter of approval dated 28th September 2010.
