(Composition of Offences)
(Amendment) Regulations 2024
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 84(2) of the Telecommunications Act 1999, the Info‑communications Media Development Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Communications and Information, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 1 July 2024.
Amendment of regulation 2
2.  In the Telecommunications (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 706/2005), in regulation 2 —
(a)in paragraph (f), replace “; and” at the end with “as in force before 1 July 2024;”;
(b)in paragraph (g), replace the full‑stop at the end with “; and”; and
(c)after paragraph (g), insert —
“(h)any offence under regulation 6 of the Telecommunications (Wiring Work) Regulations 2024 (G.N. No. S 559/2024).”.
