Companies (Exempt Private Company) (No. 2) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph (b) of the definition of “exempt private company” in section 4(1) of the Companies Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Companies (Exempt Private Company) (No. 2) Notification 2002 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 30th October 2002.

Exempt private company

2. The Minister hereby declares the Azalea Investments Pte Ltd to be an exempt private company.

Made this 30th day of October 2002.
