Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act
(Chapter 170A)
Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Notification 2005
It is hereby notified for general information that, pursuant to section 27(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has determined, with effect from 1st October 2005, that the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (Licence Fees) Notification (N 1) shall be amended in the manner set out in paragraph 2.
2.  Part III of the Schedule to the Notification is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after the word “vessel” in paragraph 1(a)(i), the words “(other than a sailing dinghy)”;
(b)by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (vi) of paragraph 1(a), the following sub-paragraph:
“
(vii) for every sailing dinghy
 
$30 for 3 years.
”;
(c)by deleting sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 2 and substituting the following sub-paragraph:
“
(a) For the grant of a driving licence under regulation 29 —
 
 
(i) with validity of 5 years
 
$10.
(ii) with lifetime validity
 
$20.
”; and
(d)by deleting the words “regulation 39” in paragraph 2(b) and substituting the words “regulation 39 (2)”.
