Cattle (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2010

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Cattle Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle (Licence Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2010.

Amendment of regulation 2

2. Regulation 2 of the Cattle (Licence Fees) Regulations (Rg 2) is amended by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(1) Subject to paragraph (2), the fee payable for a licence under section 4 of the Act shall be —

(a)	in the case of a licence in respect of a place for keeping not more than 15 head of cattle, $33 per year;
(b)	in the case of a licence in respect of a place for keeping more than 15 but not more than 50 head of cattle, $82 per year; and
(c)	in the case of a licence in respect of a place for keeping more than 50 head of cattle, $150 per year.”.
